Free UK delivery on orders is available where the total of goods excluding postage/shipping is over £10.00, and is usually by 1st class royal mail. We recommend that for larger orders you use recorded or special delivery. sometime we will send larger orders by this method if we deem fit. Please note that we DO NOT accept NON UK cheques & money orders as payment.
To order, choose the size or colour you want, add to basket, go to checkout, fill in your personal details, get directed to worldpay and enter your cad details, pay securely and you will get an email notification of payment and of the oder details. Please make sure you use the corect email address. By placing an order you are provisionally stating that you wish to buy the item/s, you will then need to proceed to the payment pages and buy by paying the order total in full at the secure payment gateway before any order is processed. All orders must the paid for in full before items are "bought". We reserve the right to refuse any order or payment, and in the case of items where an error has been made we will refund the buyers payment in full.
All Debit & Credit card transactions are handled by Worldpay for us at their secure site, we do NOT take any card details over the phone or by email, the ONLY way to buy with a card is through worldpay at their secure site. Goods will only be sent when payment has been received in full.
If items are not paid for we will not process the order, so you need to successfully pay for any order by using woldpay's safe and secure card payment system to buy your jewellery. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We aim to send orders out on the day which they are made (before 2.00pm) or the next working day , if that is not possible. This is not a guarantee, but we try our hardest to do this. Uk customers will get their items/s delivered within 2-5 working days provided the customers address details are all correct. Usually this is about 2 working days (we use royal mail , usually 1st class for most orders), but again, this is not guaranteed. If you are not in the UK please check on your expected delivery times from the UK to your country.
All of our body jewellery bars and rings are High Grade 316L Stainless/Surgical Steel unless otherwise stated (titanium etc), and are designed to be worn once your healing has fully healed. We try to get the photgraphs as near as possible to true colour, but obviously everyone's monitors are set differently, so ther may be a slight shade differences in real life, and the photgraphs are not taken to any scale. For obvious hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on any body piercing jewellery and piercing supplies, so please do select the correct size for your piercing. Any items that are reported to be faulty in any way must be returned to us before we proceed to either send a replacement or repair the items. We do not take any resposibility for harm or injury caused from wearing our jewellery, and will not be held responsible for items that have been misused or handled without proper care. All body jewellery is handled as little as possible before being sent out to the customer.
As with other jewellery ( pierced earrings etc., ) Body jewellery does not have to be sterlised before use, as long as your piercing is fully healed, then it is fine just to make sure your hands and the jewellery are clean before changing the jewellery. If your piercing is not fully healed then please do not attempt to change it, as this is the easiest way to get an infection. All of our body jewellery complies with the EU nickel directive. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We (D&J Bolton) accept no liability for the incorrect use of any body jewellery items sold. If you are paying using either a credit or debit card you will receive a confirmation email from Worldpay when your transaction has been successful. Please keep a copy of this email and the transaction number from Worldpay, as this is your proof of payment. We too of course get notified when any payment is made to us.
All photographs of jewellery used on this site are the direct property of D. Bolton and may not be copied or used without prior written permission by any other person/s. Use of these photographs without written permission will result in legal action.

OUR REFUND POLICY:
All items are checked and then sealed in a clear polythene bag before being despatched. Upon reciept of your order please check the item/s before removing them from the sealed bag. If at this point you are unsatisfied then please notify us and we will arrange for a refund, once the item/s have been returned to us. The customer pays for returns. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee (from £1.50 to £5.00 per item, depending on the sort of bar, as many are made to size specifically for your order).
We believe it is extremely important to protect our customers from wearing used body piercing jewellery so we are very strict in using this policy. By opening the polythene bag you are accepting that you are satisfied with the item and do not wish to return it. UK DSR's state 14 days cooling off, please let us know if you have any problems with you order. If in the unlikely event the item is broken or faulty we will of course replace it. Some of our piercing jewellery items are made specifically to size for your order, and if returned, these will need to have new bars fitted etc., (as we will never re-sell a bar that has been returned.) These charges are variable but usually will be from £1.50 to £6.00 per bar ordered. This is for time taken polishing,changing bar sizes, jewellery costs and costs incurred by our team whilst processing and sending your order.
