Body jewellery Delivery & Returns Info: 

Delivery:

We always try to send orders as quickly as we can, most orders placed before 2pm are sent the same day, the rest are usually sent the next day. UK orders are sent by 1st class , and royal mail collect from us daily , most UK orders are delivered the day after they are sent, this is not guaranteed though. We close during the christmas/year year holidays period, opening to send orders ut on 29th/30th december, then again start business as usual on  Monday 4th January 2016.

(all customer address details must be correct, so please double check your addess is correct.!)      

We use royal mail for delivering our orders, and send orders using either 1st class or 1st class recorded delivery(this means you will have to be in to sign for it, or if not, then you will have to pick it up from the local sorting office that your postal area uses.) If you do not collect it it will be returned to us, if this happens then we will not refund the costs involved in sending it to you.

 We try to send orders as quickly as we can (usually the same day as they are made but see notice above), however, in busy times orders may be sent the day after they are made.

Please make sure you use the correct postal address (including post code), as without this we will not know where to send the jewellery to!!

RETURNS:

All orders are sent in a sealed poly bag, belly bars are packed in a gift box and then a plain padded envelope. This ensures that you will get your body jewellery in the same perfect condition as we sent it. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 14 days of recieving it, we will try to resolve any issue.

For obvious hygiene reasons all body jewellery is new and unworn. In the unlikely event of your body jewelelry being broken or faulty, we will replace it.

  • By opening the polythene bag you are accepting that you are satisfied with the item, if you are not then please notify us asap.(within 14 days)
  • If you wish to return any item/s you must notify us to let us know the problem within fourteen days receipt of the item/s. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
  • Items that are made specifically to your stated size (belly bars, tongue bars etc.), are hand finished individually to you stated size option,  these individual items are not returnable as they are made to your order specifications. We will always try to sort out wrong size issues, and may in some cases be able to change the bar lengths etc., but please make sure you choose the correct size. Again, if you have anybproblem either fill in the return form, or contact us to let us know before you return any item within 14 days of delivery, thanks.  
  • All items are checked and then sealed in a clear polythene bag before being despatched. Upon reciept of your order please check the item/s before removing them from the sealed bag. If at this point you are unsatisfied then please notify us and we will arrange for a refund, once the item/s have been returned to us by recorded delivery. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee (from £1.50 to £5.00 per item, depending on the sort of bar, as many are made to size specifically for your order), as well as the postage & packing costs. By opening the polythene bag you are accepting that you are satisfied with the item and do not wish to return it.
